On January 12th 2010, Haiti was hit by one of the worst earthquakes ever recorded in this western hemisphere. In just a few seconds, the capital, Port-au-prince, and its surrounding cities and boroughs were all in tatters, an event that further crippled this country's infrastructure already in steep decline. As witnessed by the entire world, the devastation the quake left behind was rather complete; the lost of souls, of biblical proportion; the reconstruction task, gargantuan to say the least.

       Today, there exists a myriad of organizations throughout the world that were created overnight to meet the great challenges brought forth by this quake. Therefore, as it stands now, the opportunity to do your part cannot be any easier.
       We, at Eritaj Foundation, more than ever, are proud of our own unwavering commitment to our Haitian brothers and sisters. For the past 10 years on, having been exploring all nooks and crannies throughout Haiti, promoting organizational, health, social and economic developments, we are poised to deliver the kind of services we know the people necessitate in this time of overwhelming confusion and uncertainty.
       Please make an effort to donate whatever you can, in order to help keep both the people and their fragile hope alive. Donate as much as you can, and as little as you must. Believe it or not, what you may deem too little can easily save a life in a society that has nothing. Yeah! Keep that in mind...
