The Eritaj Foundation was founded in the US to support Haitian human resources organizations.
It offers technical support to non-profit groups in Haiti that work to improve community development, literacy and education, health care, illness prevention, nutrition for expectant mothers and babies, and the care and protection of orphans and homeless children. The Haitian people have fought for democracy, but they currently lack the material or technological means to do it. Fundamental aid that enables the Haitian people to restore the social and economic structures necessary to strengthen a functioning democracy is the key to fixing Haiti’s challenges.
